Since few years, in our regular friends and family-get-togethers a common discussion point used to be “We want to do something for the society apart from our own regular work”. Every one of us believed that it is a noble thought of devoting time for the welfare of the society. Though every one of us were doing something or the other individually for the society, there was no common platform to do more beyond a certain limit and to overcome this limitation Akashdeep Foundation was born.
Though our founder team belongs to middle class family, we all have many years of corporate experience starting from working from ground level to reaching up to very high position. This rich experience will certainly help us to achieve our dreams of “Something to give back to the society”.

Dr Manisha Bidaye
Dr Manisha Bidaye is an MBBS, postgraduate in Hospital and Health Care Management from Mumbai University. After 18yrs of successful private practice and Maternity Nursing home she joined WHO to work for Tuberculosis Control in India as PPM consultant in 2003. Thereafter She had been passionately working for TB control with International and National NGOs such as PATH, WorldVision, IMA, Interaide etc. After Covid in 2019, she moved to a remote village in Murbad in Thane district. She is spending her retired life in providing medical services to needy villagers.
Sanjay Ghodke
Sanjay Ghodke is B.E. in Computer Engineering from Mumbai university, has over 31 years of rich IT experience with leading IT giants like IBM, EDS/Mphasis, KPIT, iGATE etc, in different roles such as program/project/delivery management, relationship building, account management and has managed the customers across the globe from USA, UK to Australia. From college days itself, he was inclined to do something for the society which did not materialize back then, however, he continued guiding and mentoring several students and employees who ever came across him and helped them build great careers. He has special heart for the underprivileged families for their living conditions and those who also get abused by powerful people. He tries to work towards spreading awareness about the human rights to such people.
Vasanti Ghodke
Vasanti Ghodke is MSc in Chemistry and B.Ed. in Science and Mathematics from Pune university. She is currently working in a reputed college as lecturer. Being in the field of education, she is already contributing to the cause of educating/developing the new generation to take the world to a different level. Apart from teaching as a profession, she loves to teach under privileged children for free of cost during her free time. Actually, her early career started in blood bank where she was conducting blood donation camps etc from where she started contributing to the society. She frequently visits institutes for differently abled children to help and guide them. She also visits old age homes to understand their feelings and provide them with moral support. She worked as a volunteer in one of the NGO for environment which is dedicated for improving environment, cleaning local hills, planting and watering trees and then taking care to see them grow.
Yatin Parkar
Yatin Parker is B.E. in Computer Engineering from Mumbai university, has over 31 years of rich IT experience.
